Cabin on Chilkat Lake, 1.5 acres. Chilkat Lake is primarily a recreational area. it is accessed by boat or float plane in summer and by snow machine in winter. There are no services in this area. Once you get to a road, which takes about an hour, it is a 30 mile drive to Haines. This is a very relaxing area with good fishing and plenty of fun things to do outside. Of course, you could always just relax inside with a roaring fire in the woodstove and a good book!
